Return & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with SKB TRADE. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made from our store, operated by SKB TRADE LLC.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Large or oversized items may require special return arrangements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost after verification.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at the email above.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  • If issues persist, contact us for assistance


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
