Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SKB TRADE, operated by SKB TRADE LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Selected international destinations

If your location is not supported at checkout, shipping may not be available to your address at this time.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order value

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. SKB TRADE is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to the sender for address issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
